COLLEGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

If a student violates the Terms and Conditions, the College reserves the right to end this contract.Before classes begin, a student may cancel their registration with the College; however, bank fees will result in a deduction of 10% of the deposit fee paid.
Even if the student has not yet completed the application or taken any classes, deductions will still be applied.The verbal cancellation must be accompanied by written evidence.If an Application Form has not been received, no applicant may pay any registration fees in advance.An applicant will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in clause 6 of this form in the event of such an event.
If an applicant has not submitted their application or paid any applicable registration fees, they will not be permitted to attend class.The information regarding registration dates, preliminary schedule arrival dates, assignments, tests, and examinations, among other dates, can be found on the College Admission Letter. Students are responsible for checking and adhering to all College Important Dates.The college will not be held accountable for a student’s failure to correct any errors on the preliminary schedule, including names, ID numbers, subjects, etc.
If a student misses any examinations due to nonpayment of fees or other fees, they will not receive a refund. The remaining balance of the class fees must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the examinations.In order for a student to be able to apply for concessions in advance before the closing date specified on the College Admission Letter, the student must check the final exam time table for subject conflicts. If this is not done, the student may be required to write both exam papers within the allotted exam durations.NB:Students who break the terms of the college may not be allowed to continue their studies or take their final exams at our college.
